DPS has an all NEW way to make yourself available for future assignments. Beginning November 1, 2018 all DPS field staff must log their availability using the Calendar tab in WebCenter. *No other forms of communication will be accepted for submitting availability.
Here’s how it works:
Login to the DPS WebCenter.
Remember! your username and password are the same as your online application.
Click on the Calendar Button at the top of the screen.
Note: if you are using a mobile device, be sure to select “Desktop Version” at bottom of screen to access the calendar.
To submit availability for each day, double click on the day you would like to make yourself available. For long term availability, click on “New Recurring Availability”
Select from the options:
Add any additional notes you’d like to let us know and click SAVE. If selecting “Partially Available”, add the times of the day.
For Recurring availability, enter the start date and end date, days of the week and any additional notes. Once completed, click SAVE.
