Hospitality Staffing Coordinator (Houston) – Food & EVS –

2+ years of food service management, hospitality or light industrial staffing experience required. Recruiting and sourcing experience is a MUST. Bilingual a PLUS.

  • Responsible for sourcing, interviewing candidates; building and maintaining client relationships, selling inventory, should be able to work well under pressure, must have exceptional problem solving, service related skills.

  • Paying between $32,000 - 45,000 /annually + bonus / commission

Healthcare Staffing Coordinator (Houston)

Bilingual Front Office (Houston)

3+ years of switchboard and customer service experience, high phone call volume, Bilingual (Spanish) required.

  • Will be working at the Corporate Office managing the front office / lobby. Must have the ability to multitask, be customer service oriented and handle a high volume of phone calls on a HUD system (heads up display).

  • Paying between $14 - 18 / hour

Healthcare Project Manager (Houston)

5+ years of healthcare project management, outpatient experience a plus, staffing experience a plus. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

  • Will be responsible for managing a multi-million dollar contingent labor solution-based project. Must have the ability to manage people, tasks and goals with minimal direction. Should have the ability to communicate with all levels of employees and be able to work / think strategically. Will be traveling throughout the greater Houston area.

  • Paying between $40,000 - $60,000 / annually + bonus / commission


Accounting Manager (Houston)

8+ years of accounting experience + 3+ years of managerial experience. Must be proficient in Quickbooks and Sage/PeachTree, proficient in Excel.

  • Will be responsible for managing the accounting / finance team for the corporate office of DPS. Candidate will need to work not only as the manager of people and processes but to contribute to the overall management and operations team for DPS.

Jr. Staffing Coordinator - Hospitality (Houston)

Administrative functioning assistant to the Staffing Team. Should have exceptional computer skills / data entry skills. Bilingual a PLUS.

  • Will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, scheduling, documentation, data entry, and email communication.

  • Paying between $14 - 16 / hour + bonus / commission

Technology Savvy - We not only work with Microsoft Office Suite software, but because of our partnerships and customization with our customers work within 10+ different applications and software systems. Social media recruitment practices are required.

Professional Maturity - Staffing is about organized chaos, but more than that it is about working within the chaos with the organization, time management skills, integrity, and maturity needed to get your job done.

Flexibility - Our goal is to build a partnership with our clients, as a member of the DPS team, flexibility with integrity is the key to success. We can customize just about any of our services to fit our clients’ needs. Travel, some nights / weekends, software utilization, etc. are all apart of flexible service.
