One of the best ways for Deans’ Professional Services to find great employees is by our current workforce referring potential candidates. If you know someone who may be interested in one of our open positions, and could represent DPS, please send them our way!
2. How to refer an employee.
To refer an employee, please complete our referral form with the necessary information by completing the form below.
3. Who should you refer?
Anyone who you think fits a job description and who would be a good representation for DPS.
4. Referral bonus program.
To thank you for sending us referrals, DPS offers a bonus for every referral that successfully completes 40 hours of employment.
$50.00 (less taxes) for each referral
$75.00 for (less taxes) bilingual wait staff
$250.00 (less taxes) for each specialty nurse referral
5. Additional employee referral rules.
The referral must list you as their reference (under "How did you hear about us?") on their application.
The applicant must pass the initial screening process.
The applicant must work a minimum of 40 hours without any disciplinary action.
Referrals must be submitted within 30 days of the start date of the employee.
